Security is fundamentally about safety. If we all embrace a safety first culture, then peace of mind will follow. That is why I-RMS has developed the 'Safety First Programme' as an integral part of our ongoing strategic development and commitment to global best practice.
With Safety First, the companies we represent place safety at the forefront of their daily operations. We design and implement tailored safety programmes and work with our clients to integrate agreed safety strategies into everyday practices and development. The Safety First initiatives we have pioneered include a detailed training matrix and a documented safety development plan.
Our Safety First programme is overseen by dedicated Health & Safety experts comprising safety managers, full-time safety coaches, safety supervisors, over 20 qualified advanced safety leaders and 200 specially trained safe pass personnel. The team's expertise serves to deliver programmes and develop cultures that serve to differentiate our clients from the rest.
